As our customers your private information is important to us and this Privacy Statement explains how Mr Clip (SA) Pty Ltd collects, uses, and protects the privacy of your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).

• we may also collect personal information from third parties with whom you have had dealings and may be acting on your behalf such as Aged Care Providers, other family members or our Franchise owners.

If you are a customer of one of our Franchise owners, your personal information is provided to the Head Office to enable continuous service delivery should something occur where your regular Franchisee is unable to attend.

Should a franchise be sold it is to ensure the new Franchisee continues to deliver your service.

The type of information we collect about you includes your:

• name
• address
• telephone number
• Details of work requested and the frequency (ie 3 weekly, monthly)
• Payment terms (ie. Cash or invoice)

If you are a customer of Mr Clip the other personal information that we collect would generally include information about the service that you require, any information needed to arrange for the service to be provided to you and any information that would enable us to improve the quality of the services we provide to you.

We may contact you after services are provided, to collect information or ask for feedback about the services that were provided to you.

In addition, we may collect your bank account or credit card details from you but only if these details are required for payment of the service.

Mr Clip can disclose your personal information to:

• Mr Clip (SA) Pty Ltd,

• Mr Clip Franchise owners
• employees and agents including solicitors and accountants of Mr Clip.

• employees and agents including solicitors and accountants of related entities of Mr Clip.

All of those listed above will be required to comply with this privacy statement.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Further, we do not, provide your personal information to third parties so that those third parties can directly market their goods or services to you.

The electronic form of your personal information is stored on our servers and access to this server is protected by firewalls and other security measures.

In addition, access to both hard copy and electronically stored personal information is limited by Mr Clip’s assessment of the level of access required. So, for example, each Franchise owner will only have access to the personal information that Mr Clip determines is necessary for the proper operation of that franchise owner’s business.

If you wish to access any of your personal information you should contact us in writing (by either post, or email) and subject to the Privacy Act we will provide this personal information to you. Your personal information will be provided to you within a reasonable time frame.

If you wish to change or update any of your personal information or any of your information is inaccurate, please contact us in writing (by either post, or email) and we will amend your personal information accordingly as soon as possible.
